Pricing
Tabrio’s free Basic plan is $0.00 and capped: 3 clients, 1 project per client, and 3 finalized invoices over the workspace lifetime. Pro lifts those caps at $15.00 a month or $99.00 a year, which works out at $8.25 a month. One flat price, and one workspace per account.
Moxie has no free plan, only a trial. Its Starter tier is $10 per month billed annually ($120 a year), or $12 monthly, and unlike some entry tiers it already includes invoicing, proposals, contracts and time tracking. Pro is $20 per month billed annually.

Is Tabrio a Moxie alternative?
For client tracking, project tracking, tasks and invoicing, yes, plus an AI contract scanner Moxie does not offer. It is not a replacement for Moxie's proposals, e-signature, time tracking, scheduling or client portal, none of which Tabrio has.
Which one is simpler to set up?
Tabrio, because there is less to configure. You create a workspace, add a client, and you are tracking work. Moxie's breadth is its point, but a broader tool asks more of you before it pays off.
Does Moxie scan contracts with AI?
Moxie's contract features are about producing and signing your own agreements. Tabrio's scanner reads a contract that has been sent to you and returns the risks and recommendations, which is a different job.
Can I use Tabrio with a team?
No. Tabrio is single-user today: there are no collaborator accounts, no seats and no client portal. Moxie supports project collaborators and has a Teams tier for small agencies, so if anyone else needs to be inside the tool with you, Moxie is the one that does that job.
