We want you to be happy with Tabrio. If it isn’t the right fit, we offer a straightforward refund within 14 days of your payment.
14-day refund window
You can request a full refund within 14 days of the date your payment was made. This applies to your initial purchase and to each renewal payment. Requests made after 14 days from the payment date are not eligible.
How to request a refund
Submit a request through our Help centercontact form using the email address on your account. Once your request is received and the payment is within the 14-day window, the refund is processed automatically — you don’t need to explain why.
How refunds are processed
Payments are handled by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle. It may take several business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After a refund
When a refund is issued, the related subscription is cancelled and access to paid features ends. You can continue using any free portion of the Service and resubscribe at any time.
