Terms & Conditions

Last updated July 13, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tabrio (the “Service”), operated by Tabrio (“Tabrio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Tabrio is a customer-relationship and invoicing tool for freelancers and agencies. It lets you manage clients, projects, and invoices, and provides AI-assisted contract review. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you add to Tabrio — your clients, projects, invoices, contracts, and files (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process Your Content, including any personal data of your clients.

4. Contract Scanner and AI features

Tabrio’s Contract Scanner uses automated and AI-based processing to summarise documents and highlight potential risks. It is provided for convenience only and is not legal advice. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Always review important documents yourself and consult a qualified professional before making legal or financial decisions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes others’ rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
  • Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

6. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for purchases. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle’s buyer terms. Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

8. Availability

We work hard to keep Tabrio available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tabrio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
